Once you figure out where you want to go, now you must figure out the goals to help you get there. Write down your skills and the needs of your business.

Now, you want to cover all areas, such as what you want to accomplish, economic status, investments, education, spirituality, your retirement and the everyday needs. You want to play to your strengths while strengthening the areas where you aren't as strong.

You need a business plan versed for the short term, medium term, and long term goals. Achieving goals are the baby steps that turn into grown people steps.

It is a summary of what you do that makes you reach your goals. Having a business plan is like having a road map. It let's you know which direction to head in.

Writing your goals down holds power. It gives them meaning instead of just thoughts. Think of all your goals you wish to accomplish. Then prioritize accordingly. You won't get everything done at first.

Have faith in yourself that you will accomplish all of your goals. You will run into obstacles but don't let them keep you down. The heart of a champion develops after he has been knocked down. The key is to get up. And when you do, have the confidence in yourself to keep fighting.
