What is the first year in network marketing like?

Don't expect to make millions your first year in network marketing. The first year is meant for learning how to build your business.

So often when people start an mlm, they expect to make millions in months. That isn't being realistic at all. If that was the case, everyone would do it.

The reality is that you will not make much money your first year in network marketing. And that shouldn't discourage you from starting.

You will make mistakes, but the key is that you learn from them. Being scared to make a mistake isn't reason enough not to start a network marketing business.

It is low risk because it doesn't cost much to invest. Network marketing companies offer a low cost investment to make more money than you ever dreamed of.

It sounds hard to believe, but it is the truth. Putting time into your business is essential. If you don't put the time and money into your business, you won't have a business.

Figure out your why. Meaning, why did you want to start a business in the first place? Is it to have more time with your family? Is it to become financially free? Your why's are what are going to motivate you to push through your first year in network marketing.

There are things that will try to stand in your way. Are you determined enough to overcome the obstacles? Most people that start network marketing find reasons why they weren't successful.

"I didn't have enough time.", "My kids are too young.", "Working my own business is too difficult", and so on and so forth. There are more reasons why you should start a network marketing business than not.

Today's economy is unforgiving. Solutions are not provided by our government. If you are waiting on them to make your life better, I got a bridge in East St. Louis I want to sell you.

It is time for people to realize that the only way to get out of debt and stop being a slave is to start your own business. The middle class is getting weeded out. Twenty years ago, there was an upper-middle class, a middle-middle class, and a lower-middle class. Now all we have is a middle class.

Eventually that too will disappear. You will only have the rich and the poor. That creates a whole new dynamic in the way people will live in this country.

Put your faith in your own efforts instead of putting faith in others to do something for you. No one is going to do this for you.

You can make it through your first year in network marketing if you stay focused on your goal. Do not allow the nay sayers and negative people to slow you down. There are people standing in line to hate on you, literally.

You must overcome and stay on point.
