Listen, if you start an mlm business you have to want to help people. Helping people is the way you will grow your business. If you see dollar signs when you look at people, you will fail.
Network marketing is about helping people. You can help people have a business and change their life. When you help people, you will make money. Your primary focus is on helping people succeed at this business.

Only one of the following things is needed to safely invest in a company:
* Growing customer base
So what does this mean? Well, when choosing a network marketing company you want to make sure that you will have a steady stream of customers coming your way. A group to go for is the baby boomers.
Did you know that baby boomers will retire at the rate of one every 8 seconds for the next 24 years? It’s a good idea to join a company that provides products/services that baby boomers are interested in (e.g. travel, health products, beauty products, retirement information, etc).
You should start an mlm business with a company that has a product/service that appeals to baby boomers. They have the money and are ready to spend it.
* Growing industry
Also, you want to choose a business that is in an industry that is growing. A growing industry equals a constant flow of business. You don’t want to start an mlm business in an industry that will fizzle out.
Potential growth of the industry will encourage new investors. People will not invest in an industry that won't return a profit. Constant growth of the industry makes room for everyone to make money.
* Breakthrough or new technology
