Why a Unilevel
Compensation plan?

The Unilevel compensation plan is one of the oldest network marketing pay plans. The reason this plan has been around so long is because of its simplicity.

This compensation plan allows you to sponsor one line of associates. Meaning everyone you sponsor is on your frontline. This compensation plan allows for no width limits.

The idea is to sponsor as many people as you can and then have your frontline do the same.

Earning money in the Unilevel plan usually requires a small amount of personal volume. This approach makes it somewhat easier for a part-timer to earn a commission. Just because its easy doesn't mean it's better.

Commissions paid under this structure are generally less. Since there are limits set on the depth of your operation that slows the cash flow.

Remember, you want to grow unlimitedly width wise and depth wise.

Another fault with this compensation plan is your frontline competes against each other. They end up in competition because every associate you sponsor becomes a crossline to the rest of your frontline associates.

Being a good recruiter pays under this plan. The more associates you sign up, the more money you make.

There are positives and negatives to this compensation plan. You must figure out which plan works best for you. But do not use this as the only determining factor in your decision when picking a network marketing company.
